About Us

The Art Institute of California - Hollywood is located in Los Angeles' Mid-Wilshire district at the crossroads of Southern California's design, fashion and entertainment industries.

Three miles to the east, downtown Los Angeles is home to one of the biggest fashion centers in the country. West Los Angeles and West Hollywood are within easy driving distance and headquarters to scores of leading design firms. And the San Fernando Valley - a short 20-minute subway ride away - is where the world's largest concentration of entertainment and new media companies call home.

This school is unique among The Art Institutes locations in Southern California in that it is located directly on the Los Angeles MetroRail Purple Line, making the school particularly accessible to much of what Los Angeles and Southern California have to offer.

Students at The Art Institute of California - Hollywood will encounter numerous services, facilities, and equipment that will aid them in the pursuit of their education, including computer labs with industry-relevant hardware and software and a library with program-specific materials.
